The two clubs voted on a name for the final club name. It has been now permanently been named

Hoang: hng on TRT (group buys and vendor contact)
Tony: Fat Tony on TRT (treasurer)
with an alternate
Timmy: TimmyG on TRT
Monthly Meeting date selection
The meeting will be held on the 3rd weekend of the month, unless otherwise mentioned. a weekend is Friday thru Sunday, so any weekend day can be used for the meeting. also, meeting dates can be changed for venue/host needs.
New club membership fee
The club is going to have a $10 annual membership fee. This fee is to cover the cost of the new website and materials for members (cards.frag of the month, etc) PMAC will be accepting membership fees starting at the April meeting at Bucky's House. To get your membership card you must attend a meeting following the meeting you paid your membership dues at (for instance, you pay at the april meeting, you must attend the may or subsequent meeting to get your card) If you can't get to a meeting to pay your dues, you can contact me via PM to make arrangements, but you will have to come to a meeting to get your card..
