there will eventually be fiji blue damsels in my new reef, just waiting to add them last. nice tank, now its time for some corals!

i have made a decision to get rid of the crushed coral substrate and put in a sand bed. what sand do you recommend to go with ? depth will be 2in.

Oolitic, just plain dry sand. Don't get the live stuff as you may cause a cycle in the tank.Besides, its a waste anyway You can get 30lb bags of dry sand at Petsmart for fairly cheap.
