March Meeting agenda

ok guys/gals... this is what is happening at the March meeting...

We will be voting on a name, meeting schedule and voting in a committee to help lead us. If you want to give ideas for a name, or meeting schedule, please send them to me by the 3rd! There will be no additions after that! We will be taking nominations for leadership until the meeting. You can nominate yourself, if you are committed/able to getting to all the meetings. Get your nominations to me by the meeting start. There is no reason to have a president or any other officers with the size of the club, so we are going to have a small group, maybe 3-4 ppl.

I will be posting the list of names and schedule ideas on the 4th so you will have plenty of time to think about what suits you the best. Right now, these lists aren't too long, so please get them to me ASAP.

ok guys here's the agenda for the meeting... of coarse there will be other items to be discussed as well...hope everyone makes it!

As promised, here are the items up for vote on the 15th!

Names:
-Palmetto Marine Aquarium Club, PMAC
-Greenville Area Marine Aquarium Society, GrAMAS
-Upstate Marine Aquarium Society, UMAS
-Greenville Area Marine Aquarium Club, GAMAC

Club schedule options:
-Every X weekend 1,2,3,4 "any Fri-Sun depending on the host's schedule"
-Every X day of the month "ex. the 15th day of the month, no matter what day it is"
-The same day of the week each month, "ex. the 3rd wed of the month"
-Let the host decide at all times

We have these names for committee members, you can still add your name up to the meeting date. If you would like your name on this list, please add it ASAP so everyone has the opportunity to vote for you.

be sure to submit your vote to me or TimmyG or tlgreve before the day of the meeting if you aren't going to make it (via PM)... every vote counts people... since there is no formal membership requirements (yet) all members in the region and those outside of the region that can reasonably make it to meetings (immediate area... Aquawolf, you'd be one of these members, and i hope you can make it to a couple meetings soon!) get's to have a vote...
