Asheville reefer

Hey fellow reefers,

My name is Chis and I am from the mountains just north of you.

I have been reefing for a little over a year, here is a fairly recent FTS.

Also a couple of my babies, Hammer, Rose and actually if you look close at the rose you can see that there are two of them. They actually split for me in December...

These pics are from my 90g, I also have a 30g that I must thank Hoang for...

Chris

I also have some smaller pieces of orange cap that I could break a small piece off of.

I dunno if I'd say I'm a RBTA aquaculturer - mine just split, is all. They all do it eventually, I'm told. Next time it happens, I'll be sure to let you guys know.

No, Scott... still running without reflectors. I know, I suck.

I appreciate the generosity re: the monti cap, all - I'll hafta remember to take one of you up on the offer at the next meeting.

(Oh, and Joe... I have a red lense for my mini maglite. If you find a good therapist, I'll be needing their number.)

I actually asked my wife to buy a new led flashlight when she went shopping and specified that it had to come with a red lens or it was worthless. My therapists number is 1-800-can-reef.

One day when my girl friend was out shoping, she called and asked what I wanted.... I said, can you find a flashlight with a red lens? She brought home a nice little red LED flash light. Man has that thing come in handy...

I think it happens to all of us at one time or another. My wife still laughs at me when I lay on the floor looking into my fuge and watch what she has termed "Pod Races".

I get the look for that often... As a mater of fact I was out there pretty late last night looking in on the critters, she walks by and just gives me this look like I am some sort of dork or something.. Maybe I am but I prefer "fish geek" that is just one of her pet names for me. LOL

Hi all

Dave here, I'm a computer software developer and one of the few Canadians here at TRT. I live in Brampton, Ontario.

To all the other Canadians out there... Hello and Welcome!!!
I think we need to organize something (possibly a club) for all the interested Ontario members here on TRT. It would be a great way for us to help each other out.

Hrm... I think that I have just been inspired to start a thread!!!
Keep an eye out for it, probably called something like:
(ATTENTION ALL ONTARIO, CANADA TRT MEMBERS!!!)

I'm very excited to see all this interest in the reef community in the upstate. I think this is going to be a good year.
