Happy Father's Day and New Father's Day!
I just wanted to put up an early Father's Day post for all of the dads out here.
I would especially like to welcome Hoang (hng) and Chuck (sea.sea.sea) to the new Father's club! Congratulations on the arrivals of your new little frags just in time for you to make Father's Day.

You are very welcome Hoang and all the other dads out there!
I hope each of you have a great day!
The grandparents came and picked up my 6 year old son to take him to breakfast at McDonalds, so I am taking advantage of the free time to post. Although fresh ASW has been mixing since last night for water changes on all 3 systems today.

Happy Father's Day! Enjoy your grilling out, or homemade crayon cards or funky looking tie... whatever you get and however you celebrate.

Thanks Ann and Frank.
Water changes were postponed due to family taking me out for dinner in Aiken today. I also picked up a new game for the WII called Endless Ocean where you get to dive and interact with various sea creatures. Who would have thunk it?

Deep sea diving on a WII? Does it have a reef in it that you can frag? Then you could have a WII Aquarium

Sigh... the Wii how much I should love you but instead you hurt me! Could you imagine the graphics on a 360!? If only HD-DVD won the format war...

From what I watched my wife play of it so far, there is no fragging yet. They did start off in a lagoon with huge green Montipora Caps everywhere and some pretty cool fish. You actually have to focus in on the fish and watch them for a while, possibly touch them, and give them some food so you can figure out what species they are and learn more about them.

I know the graphics are not anything spectacular, that is what I have my PC gaming rig for However it is pretty cool how the WII has implemented the controller system and gotten a lot more people into gaming that never would have tried it before. I can play games with my wife and my 6 year old son on the WII while I play games on my PC that I do not even want him to see.

For a short list I have F.E.A.R., all of the Splinter Cell series, Half-Life 2, S.T.A.L.K.E.R., Assassins Creed, and Oblivion. Those are a few of the newer ones.
