How much LR in there?
Trying to get an idea of how much LR to order to get the fill level I want out of my own 10g. How much rock would you say, by weight, is in your tank as of the last photos, and what type of rock is it?
Thanks!
Mike.

Im not too sure mike, probably 2-3 pounds mixed LR, and 8-10 pounds base rock which is fairly dense.

Well, I decided to play with the rocks a bit and 4 hours later I removed 1 rock and added a pump.
There wasnt enough flow under the rocks, and there was allot of mulm under the rocks already.
So I added a second PH to the spraybar to pick up the flow a bit (should be <30x turnover total).
I was worried having two pumps flowing against each other but it is working very well.
No FTS yet its too murky. I did the first water change again with water from the main tank.

Here is the re aquascape. According to my girlfriend it looked the same, then after thinking about it decided it looked worse.
The one downside of BB is you see every spec on the bottom and it makes me feel OCD.

Woh! Your far along,.. I have some catching up to do.
Great looking tank FF!
I would definitally reccomend a 150W HQI for a 10G tank,.. Most especially if you plan to run anything other than a 10K bulb.
