As far as maintenance:
Water change - Weekly to every other week (I get lazy)
I started running some phosban due to some HA
Feeding:
Every couple of days I drop half a cube of blender mush soaked in Selcon
Blender Mush = Formula's One and Two, Mysis, Squid & Cyclopeeze
Female Perc is getting FAT and the male seems to be not getting enough here lately. Not sure why other than she beats him like a red-headed step child.

Thanks for the rundown!  Did you notice any change from the Phosban? Change in algae ammount or look of corals? What percentage of the tank do you change when you do your water change?

Hair algae was GONE in less than a week! Corals improved. I do about a 60% water change.

It is mine. You can't have it. 
It is more stable then the 3 gal. So when we move and we get things all back to normal I get the 12gal.
