Wow just went threw your thread your tank is looking great. Are you sure about your fish being a fairy. I could be wrong but looks to be more in the flasher family.

So, I moved that clam over from my 20g Lagoon tank about a week ago. It was opened and fine for a few days until a couple of days ago I noticed it was closed a good bit of the time. Well, I found the culprit *ahem*, CULPRITS. My Coral Beauty Angel and my Bi-Color Blenny were both taking whacks at it. So they are gone. Took them to the LFS.

advice on Solana

first- wow your tank is beautiful.

second- the solana looks very attractive.
I am new to the concept and want to do it right the first time.

don't want a junky plastic looking system and don't desire to spend a lot of money buying the wrong thing and then figuring it out to buy the right thing which would have been a few extra bucks the first time.

you are obviously very experienced in with the hobby and now with this equipment.

are you satisfied and how would you advise me to set it up??
it appears you are using the pendant 150hqi
and a chiller (fit in cabinet?) + extra water flow.
thought i heard you say skimmer was good but watch out for a superior one from euro reef in near future.
also any mod's?

do the rear compartments get covered to stay tidy?
how clean can the install be (ie fewer dodads sitting around loose)

thanks jeff
