Oh Gawd....could you imagine........about 1/3 of the way into the trip we'd probably end up flipping a coin for who gets to shoot Ryan, then we pace to 100 yards and see who could hit who first.

How about more info on who is sponsoring the event and where the other 50% of the proceeds go?

Hi,
the event is sponsored by Sunset Promotional Services, Inc. in conjunction with Reef Hobbyist Magazine. As stated, 50% of total raffle proceeds will be split evenly among participating public charitible organizations, either directly or indirectly (such as an agent on behalf of a public charitable organization)

Thus far we have two participants:

1) A local 4H club is doing a marine wild life presentation
2) a hobbyist is doing a water testing presentation on behalf of the Lukemia and Lymphnode foundation.

We are looking for at least 4 or five more public charitable organizations who would like to participate in Marine Aquarium Expo in exchange for a portion of the days raffle proceeds.

Alternatively, if anyone would like to present a workshop on behalf of their favorite public charity, please contact the show's administrator for consideration of your proposal. (see "contact us" link on the website)

Thank you

I promise you this trip would be worth every second of your time, especially for a family. We have negotiated very heavy discounts with 8 major hotels around the area for our out-of-town guests (from $89 to $119 per night) so as to encourage travel to MAX. With Disneyland and various other attractions just minutes away, this would make the perfect mini vacation to get away for the weekend.

Yes, the west coast FINALLY has a premier consumer-trade show for the marine aquarium hobby!
