I just wanted to go over some our features that are very helpful when purchasing from our store.
Availability - Each product has its availability marked right under the product name (ie:Usually ships the same business day, or Pre-Order. Ships in 5 Business Days). Always be sure to check this before contacting customer service that your order hasnt arrived yet.
Wish List - Your wishlist allows you to save products that you might want to buy in the future. Simply click the "Add to WishList" button on a product details page, and the product will be added to your wishlist. Your wishlist can be viewed at anytime by visiting this page. Whenever you're ready to purchase an item in your wishlist, simply click the product's "Add to cart" button on this page. Best Wishes!
Track Orders - You can track all your orders directly from our website. Simply click "Track Order" at the top of each page, you must be logged in to use this feature.
My Account - Click the my account button at the top of the page to change billing information, change product quantities on orders that haven't been processed yet. Even manage gift certificates and returns.
Live Chat - Be sure to check if we are online before making a phone call. Because of high call volume this feature is generally quicker to get your questions answered. This feature is under the menu on the left.
