Hi Richard
I'm writing here because Ive tried calling you yesterday and today and only get your answering machine. I'm writing concerning my skimmer that I ordered from you on the 2nd of Oct. I know you said ups lost it and I believe that's true. I would like to get a refund or order different skimmer from you. Could you please contact me so we can get this settled and behind us.
