In tank fuge help??

Ok so I have a 75 gallon running pushed up against the wall, so I cant add overflow/fuge. I have a reef octo bh2000, a fluval 305, and about 1400 gph of powerhead flow (not counting 300gph filter and 500 gph skimmer) so on so forth, runs pretty well. 75 pounds of LR and Live Sand

Problems~

Cyano- So i just bought a koralia 1050 to bring plenty of flow and help
Aptasia- Planning on fixing other problems then adding green filefish
chaeto everywhere- my real problem here- my chaeto was in my protein skimmer is a area that was fine for it, but my skimmer broke (impeller shaft broke) so i sent it to the manufacturer. I needed a place for the chaeto, and i wanted to use it to help with the tank while the skimmer was getting fixed so now its everywhere in the tank. (skimmers back) so i bought myself an in tank fuge. About 8 inches long, 8 inches tall, and 4 inches wide. A nice sized little box in the back with its own tiny pump. What do i do with it?

So I have all the chaeto, but whats all this stuff I hear about miracle mud? Should I add some live sand from the tank? Im thinking of adding copepod eggs? Im so lost when it comes to this thing. Its going to function on the same lighting as the tank, so i dont want it to go sexual. What are the benefits of miracle mud, and can I just use live sand? whats wrong with just putting only chaeto? thanks
