Quality Inn Special Room Rates for the Swap

The Quality Inn (our host hotel) is offering rooms for vendors and attendees a rate of $67.99 per double occupancy for Friday night. To get this rate call 715-369-3600 and ask for the "NWRS Frag Swap" room rate. There is a limited number of room at this price. So if you are planning to come up to Rhinelander Friday evening, I would suggest you make reservations soon.

10% Drygoods Discount at Drs. Foster & Smith Retail Store

The Drs. Foster & Smith Retail Store will be offering a 10% discount on dry-goods purchased the day of our swap!

If you have never shopped the Retail Store, you may not know this. But, if you don't see it in the store, you can order any dry-goods out of the catalog or their website that you want. When you are ready to check-out, tell or show the friendly person at the front counter what you want and they'll run back to the warehouse and get it for you!! It is like the World's largest pet store inventory to choice from.

Hints on shopping the Drs. Foster & Smith Retail Store the day of the Swap:

1) I usually shop the catalogs and/or the Drs. Foster & Smith Aquatics website and make a shopping list before I get to the store. It will save you a lot of time!

2)To make your Swap day trip to the F&S Store quick and convenient, I would suggest you email your order to the F&S Crew before 3 PM on Friday and They will have your order ready and waiting for you on Saturday. This will prevent any long waits for your order to be shopped from the warehouse and then brought to the retail store. This doesn't mean you can't shop for items at the store or make a order at the Store. But if you can, order ahead of time. The F&S Crew will be swamped at current times on the day of the Swap. More importantly, it will get you back to the Swap quicker so you wouldn't miss any of the drawings, silent auctions or great coral buys!!

3)Also, in order to get your discount on dry-goods please present your “10% Coupon” before your purchase. Foster & Smith will not be able to give cash refunds after the you have paid for your purchase and everybody behind you will get mad while you are trying to make a fuss about forget to use your coupon!

4)Don't forget to enter F&S Retail Outlet's in-store raffle for a Cardiff Aquarium. The drawing will be held (the day of our Frag Swap) April 9th. 3:00pm. cst. You can get more info: HERE

5)IF you have any questions about living creatures that the retail store sells, please call Drew, the Aquatics Coordinator at Drs Foster and Smith Retail Store @ 715-369-9312.

Below is a map to get to and from the Frag Swap to F&S Store & a copy of the discount coupon and rules.

Get "printer Friendly" copy of the discount coupon and map: HERE
