WOW...what a gathering!

Thank you everyone who attended the December LARK meeting. We had what is probably a record number of reefers here, 34-36 I believe, with a ton of faces that were new to me. I understand parking was to the end of the street...sorry the valets couldn't keep up. Thank you everyone who drove great distances, uphill both ways in snow, to be here. I hope that everyone got some new critters, learned a little, and had some fun too. My only regret is that people didn't realize there was whole cooler of beer outside waiting to be used. I don't know what I'm going to do with two cases of suds
I hope we are able to continue the success of this group...there are lots of neat and interesting people amongst us, I wish I could have talked more with all of you. Perhaps we could entertain the idea of having a topic of discussion...like lighting, skimming, fragging etc for future meetings, though I don't want something formal to get in the way of socializing.
Thank you again everyone for attending, and happy holidays!
Matt

oh, and I hope everyone continues the great questions online...there are a ton of people willing to try and help!

Sounds like everyone had a great time. Too bad I couldn't make it to see all the new faces.

Let me know when you need some help with getting rid of the extra beverages Matt. I'll be there.

BTW - I previous total for a meeting was 30-32 people, depending on who you count, so it sounds like LARK had a new record turnout.

Matt, Thanks for letting us into your beautiful home. We enjoyed our very FIRST meeting, and we are glad that we got to meet all kinds of people that are into the same hobby that we are. We will definitely be attending meetings in the future.

And Brian, you know I would have sold it to him and had another here on Tuesday but I knew D.J would have told everybody where he got it. THEN I supose I would have been in trouble.
:-).Thanks to everybody who stopped by to look and get things.
