Update
just wanted to let everyone know that it appears the one check has cleared. (the bank gave me the money...) and I am working on arrangements for the remaining amount. Hoping that is the light at the end of the tunnel...and not just a flicker...
also, I put an updated video of my tank on my "taking down the 125" thread. thanks

Well, if there's any good news, I think they can't charge you an overdraft fee... Well, I'm sure they'll try. But after you ***** them out for telling you it was a cleared check, I'm sure you can at least avoid the overdraft charge.....
I'm really sorry that it didn't go through. This situation just keeps getting worse and worse for you, and it's from a guy we used to trust and call a friend on here...... So uncool.......

I don't see/hear from him much. But I had high hopes for him and his business. If this is really what it is (and for everyone's sake, I hope it's a misunderstanding of some sort) I hope Brad will make good on it and fess up to making a mistake...
We've all screwed up royally one way or another. And I'll be the first to admit that my mistakes hurt other people. Thankfully after coming clean, I was forgiven.
Brad, if you read this, I hope you'll make it all right. Fess up. Come clean. Give folks a chance, to give you another chance.
Jen

Well said, Jen. I really hope Brad will admit to what's going on, try to find a way to make it right, and then fight for a second chance, since we'll gladly give it to him once he settles this mess he seems to have gotten himself into right now.

He posted on the TCMAS board two days ago that he was looking for another tank. Pretty gutsy wanting to buy something and not paying your previous debts.
