Upcoming Meetings and Events

There is so much happening in LARK these days that it is getting tough to remember what is all happening. The LARK club calendar will be kept up to date once dates are set. However, often we know what month and location a meeting will be, but the date won't be final. These tentative events will be posted in here

Please feel free to post in this section if you would like to host a meeting and the month of your choice. I will keep this thread up to date with current meeting time & locations, as they come available.

Tentative LARK Scheduled Events & Location

August 16th- ZMattie's place
Sept 5th - D.J.'s place
September/Early October - Pogodzib's & DFaas's place
October 17th - ECRC Dr.'s Fosters & Smith Tour
December - ???
February - ???
April - ???

Question

I'll second that. I am planning on coming to the next meeting sept/oct. Now that the brace is off from my surgery and I can drive.

The first weekend in oct. is the only weekend that I am booked. So please don't do that weekend. I also have a one friend that has a small reef tank (looking to go bigger) and another that is looking at setting up a tank. That would like to come too.

With all that has happened with schooling and work over at Dave's house, we will not be able to host a joint weekend this fall. However, I can host a meeting at my place this fall and then Dave and I can host a joint meeting next spring/summer. Otherwise, if someone else would like to host, we can have a meeting someplace else in October so we don't end up having two meetings by my place within months of each other.

I believe that Hansmatt mentioned that he may be interested in hosting a December meeting and OTP mentioned maybe having something in January.
