Sept. 22nd Meeting

Well, it was FAR from an outstanding showing in the voting polls... But, this is the date that my wife and I will set the date of the meeting for. Directions to our house will be posted as well as a phone number if anyone would need to call for any reasons.

Hope that everyone can make it even though I know it's a very difficult time to be doing so. If anyone has any frags that are available feel free to post what you have and maybe we'll get a similiar result as there was at the previous meeting at Chris's house.

I won't be able to make the meeting on the 22nd since I'll be moving by stuff out of my current house (and hopefully into my new house) that day.

I'll send an e-mail out to everyone on the LARK list to notify them.

The house is starting to come around. Shower goes into the upstairs bathroom this weekend. The sink and vanity went in last weekend. Jen and I put a vapor barrier up in the kitchen to protect from the outside (it's the part of the roof that is an extension of where the porch is) and next is sheetrock. Hopefully we'll be able to sheetrock before everyone comes over (I think that should be very possible as long as my brother-in-law can help hold a few sheets hehe). Hope everyone can come and see the setup as some of you will be able to appreciate having the sump about 12'-15' below the top of the tank =). Also, my fishroom is now all insulated with a vapor barrier but, I'm still undecided if I'm going to sheetrock the inside of it or not. It's definately not something I'm in a hurry to complete with all of my other tasks running at this time.

Hi everyone! I am not sure yet either if I can make the meeting but I am looking for some Acro Milli frags. I just lost mine due a fish knocking it over and it landed in my Galaxea where it sat all day until I got home and noticed it. Let me know what you have and how much (Trade/ Sell/ FREE). Many of you know I have a good-sized frag setup with plenty to trade with. Thanks!

My ORA Rose Milli has recovered nicely and you can come over and get a frag of it for free anytime within the next two weeks. With me moving my tank in two weeks, I'm afraid of loosing the colony anyway so it would be nice to spread the wealth around while it still is available.

Glad that some of you are starting to mention stuff about frags. I'm not sure what everyone has available currently but, like I said I have some room in the tank A.T.M. and would be interested in knowing what everyone has available.
Brian, where exactly do you live? I know you mentioned something about either holmen or onalaska I believe correct me if I'm wrong. But, if this is the case I wouldn't mind seeing what you have left of your setup before you tear it the rest of the way down as I work in Midway.

Jason,
I have several galaxia colonies, baseball sized, that have great color and nice sweepers. They do best away from direct contact with other corals, but are a nice addition and will help fill your space void quickly.

If no one wants them Cary you could always post them on R.C. Someone will take them off of your hands for sure there. =)

Jason - If you work in Midway, then you're only about 4 minutes from my house. I'll send to a PM

I got the Aqualight pro HQI 1134w system, 3 -250w MH, 4 96w atinics and 4 moonlights. Should be here tomorrow, so tomorrow night they go in. I got a new camera also, so I am going to try and take a before and after pic. I just need to figure out now how much to cut down the photo period for to acclimate the corals to the new lights.
