As you found, yours is the C.Truncatus from the Indian Ocean. The striped Kole Tang we see available comes from the Pacific.

LOVE my little fishy "Bible" - Marine Fishes by Scott W. Michael. I also have the Atlas of Fishes by Dr. Burgess. I have yet to not find a fish in there!
