heheh life insurance is paid up and the tank all it's goodies goto Matt if I don't make it. Matt, as I explained to you, you just have to help me kids with a tank if they are interested in the future.

I am on the antibiotics now so hopefully the swelling will go down, it looks worse today then yesterday. I lanced it and some yummy pus stuff came out. I can't bend my index finger but there are no redlines going up the arm so I am sure I will be fine.

Yeah it was more than just a brush up against the fs, I heard the skeleton crunch when I hit it. Upon inspecting my hand I did not even see a cut, a couple of hours later my thumb and fingers started burning but I was cooking with jalepenos so thought that some of the jalepeno juice got in some small cuts on my fingers, then yesterday AM when I woke up I could see the cut where the coral got me. The swelling came on pretty quickly after that.

I have read enough horror stories of marine infections from working in tanks so I jumped on this pretty quickly. Thanks for the concern all!

back to gaming at my LAN party even though I can barely work the mouse and keyboard

Is there supposed to be a picture? Cause I'm not seeing one. And I must be weird, I've been handling my frogspawns, torches, hammers and anemone's for years without ever having any side effects.....to be honest I didnt know those kinda LPS corals could pack a punch. Hope you're feeling better soon though!!!

glad to hear it bud... man that was a pretty mean and nasty looking lick you took there. I can't say I've ever seen one that bad before although Jen got a bad sting from our carpet anemone one time on her forearm (NOTHING LIKE YOURS THOUGH). Hopefully things keep going on the up and up.

Thanks Jason! So far so good. I can make a fist now so I can get back into ultimate fighting

It hurt bad and it was pretty amazing how fast an infection developed and started moving up the hand. My wife said I had sausage fingers
