Looking good, and especially fast!
I too like the open look you are going for, but at the same time, more live rock is "better" in terms of efficiently processing nitrate/nitrate etc. I don't think you can actually have too much LR, but you need a pretty strong skimmer if you have less rock (gotta supplement the natural filtration).
I like the look of a black background personally, it makes the colors pop a bit more and hides the cords.

It may have been too early for the anemone to be added, the tank is pretty new correct?

then anemone looked like that before we added it to the tank-it is something we "took in" and it has looked like that for about 8 months now...so we cannot blame the new tank-that is just the way it is...any other suggestions?
i know not may people are big on the whole NEW tank--as with adding things--but we used EVERYTHING from our old tank...and the only real problem we have had is a bit of algae taking over...everything else is looking great--knock on wood...OH the YELLOW POLYPS OPENED BEAUTIFULLY!!!! (thanks cary) i have to get some glue for all my other goodies.

Yep, you used up all the glue with trapping that poor poor hermit crab in his little shell:-)

Ahh sorry did not see that you used everything from an existing tank.
Will the anemone eat small bits of shrimp or krill? When I got my seabea it needed to be hand fed for a while before it actually started progressing. It was totally bleached when I got it. I, however, am not an anemone expert.

I was going to go with what TardFarmer was saying with the age of the tank. Does it move around much? If its staying put thats a good sign. Heck if its been like that for 8 months thats good to... kinda. I mean that its still alive so its getting some nutrition. I would try frozen mysis. To me that anenomie looks like it hasn't fully developed yet. I had that happen to me when part of a foot on my rbta ripped off when I was trying to move it. There was no Mouth(at that time) but it didn't die with in a few days so I worked on target feeding it( this is the one I pointed out at the last meeting). Its growen alot since then. Now its between 1"-2" and has all of its "parts". No this one probably wont be available in the furture but I do have 2 others that will be.
yes I would add more rock. Figure you would want at least 125-150 and maybe up to 200. the more rock work the more frags you can add. Just depends on the look your going for on your tank.
