New Camera

As most new parents do we decided to get a new camera as we will for obvious reasons need it (for taking pictures of the fish tank of course what were you thinking? pics of the baby? GOD!!! LOL). Anyhow it is a Kodak Z812IS . It should be here sometime this coming week and we'll have to take some pics with it when it gets here... Should be a good unit as it has a 12x optical zoom... We'll see =).

Well, my camera just showed up today (I'm impressed I will say) and I took a few pics with it already. Figured I would show what I've got so far. I've yet to take a panoramic picture yet... But, I'm sure I'll take a full tank shot with it sometime.

Here's a sample of what it can do w/out the flash =)


I take it back about the panoramic as I took one and the camera works really well (have to take 3 pics and it stitches the picture together definately interesting).

My new pc bulbs also showed up but, I haven't installed them yet as the company sent me one wrong bulb color. I asked for 2 50/50's and 2 actinic. I was sent 1 50/50 and 3 actinic's.. It would be difficult to make even color with that arrangement on a 4 bulb fixture lol.
