New addition to the tank.......and a trivia "What is it?" and a sad story..
My new powder blue addition..
My "What is it?" trivia question. My girlfriend showed up with it from a buddy of hers today.
And my sad story. She brought me a fishie and let me buy my new tang, but talked me out of one of my hot rods. A guy came the past two days and he is coming back tomorrow with a check for me.

Yeah, its mine. Quite the car. First year GTA with the WS6 package, L98 TPI Corvette motor, digital dash, just like Michael's in the classic Kitt WITH 64k miles. Long story short, a guy was short on cash at one point, did one of the title loan scam places at like 485793457% interest, and was about to lose the car, so I bailed him out to the tune of $2600 so he had something to show to keep the car and have some cash. Lucky me, poor him!!!!!! Needless to say, I get to build my new garage now!
I bought it with the intention of selling it to make a little profit, and I could have sat on it and made more money later, but this way its gone.......and did I mention new garage????

Hang onto that thing! Trust me, you will be kicking yourself later on down the road for selling it....

Yep, Sandperch. If I could catch mine, he'd be gone! Eats every Nessarius and small crab he sees.

I'm with Matt, that thing will never depreciate in value and you're gonna kick yourself when its gone. Man its CLEAN though...
Be careful with the check thing. Unless you know this guy. If it doesnt clear you'll be in a world of hurt and without the car to boot. Cash or Cashiers Checks are about as secure as they come. I think a money order would be ok but most places only take those up to $2500. Just dont want you in Nate and Tamika's boat.

Yeah, it was nice to have, but all it was was a money maker in my eyes. I still have my 03 Mustang, which I might sell to get a Cobra as well. Who knows yet. I wish I could have kept it, but on to bigger and better things.
I made sure that the purchase was legit. He needed most of the $2600 to get the "title" back, which I also got the lein release from the loan place as well.
The powder blue is ich free as of now, but we will keep the fingers crossed. I bought that 37 gal-ish tank at the last meeting, and I got that all plumbed in now, so he is safely residing in there for now just in case. He is eating quite well, constantly picking at this and that, and I have been dosing with the Kent garlic both in the tank water as well as soaking the food in a few drops as well.
