New addition to my setup

Well, I have finally ventured into the world of T-5 lighting... I just purchased a used T-5 for my 70 gallon in the basement. Bought a 6x39 watt fixture from a guy on Reef Central with bulbs (which is a big bonus as the bulb setup he has is the EXACT same setup as the one that Matt Hanson has on his unit. =). Anyhow, just wanted to express that the 70 is now going to become an official LPS only tank. So, this means that a CA+ Reactor is definately on the next to buy list. Man this just never ends lol. (Not that I really want it too.. It just makes it sound better when I get to complain about needing more toys lol)

I wish I was a fly on the wall listening to the conversation with Jen... but in my mind it went something like this
"you bought a light...for what? for where? but you said..."
Jason " Yeah, but now I can have the LPS in one place and grow it out and it will be awsome...and then with the Calcium Reactor..."

jen..."calcium re-what ter??? bbubb bubbb bbuut you said after the light, I mean skimmer...I mean blastos...that we were ...we were done?!!"

Jason: " Well what I meant was that we were done with that tank and can start on the new one!"

" a new one?

" yeah, and this one will be YOURS!!! You can put anything in it that you want to...like..."


Disclaimer: I know who actually wears the pants...in ANY marriage or thinks she wears the pants at least and know Jen...I hope she finds the humor in this, or never sees it at all

I'm confused why you're buying a CA reactor for LPS corals?
