Hey Joe, remember how I said that they hadn't replied to my email to them... They FINALLY returned my email this morning... it's been 2 freakin months.. What's the point to returning it now? Just figured I would post this as this is nothing short of rediculous.

LOL. I was wondering why you dug up this ancient thread. Yeah, kind of makes you wish they'd never have returned it at all...

Yeah, I sent them the return email (which I'm sure I'll get a reply back in about 2 months) explaining about my R.O. *AGAIN* and that I would like to know why it took two months *TO THE DAY* to answer my first question.
Guess we'll see how long it takes this time.

Weird... The guy told me that he first got the email yesterday and replied shortly after receiving it... Ever heard of an email being lost for 2 months pretty much to the day? I've been able to contact them fine today and yesterday now so who knows... Maybe I'll still give them a shot.

Actually, I have had an e-mail or two get lost for a few weeks. My mom uses Charter's e-mail, and I sent her an e-mail that she "never got" until it showed up a few weeks later. So, it's possible for an e-mail to get lost in cyberspace. That's weird and rare, though. I'm glad they just didn't get it, or it would have made them look REALLY bad with their customer service! As I've said before, I've personally had nothing but great experiences with them.
