JBJ Lighting = Great Customer Service

I just thought that I'd put a quick plug in here for JBJ Lighting products. When I got home from work today, I realized that my 7+ year old JBJ Lighting chiller wasn't working so I called JBJ directly. They told me that I could ship the chiller in to them and they could take a look at it and repair it for $40 plus the cost of parts. Since shipping a chiller is soo expensive, I asked them if they could guide me through a few tests to see which part the problem was coming from. They did and I now have the new part being mailed as we speak. Not only have the JBJ Lighting products that I have owned in the past always worked great for much longer than the average unit, now I can add great customer service on top of that.
