Jason

When you hosted the meeting a couple months ago you had some magnets. Where did you order them from?

I bought them from a company called K&J Magnetics Inc.

www.kjmagnetics.com

They were $3.50/each + s/h if you ordered less than 5 the more that you ordered the less the price was... I bought 50 so they were like $2.80/each +s/h so it was a pretty significant savings. After shipping it was about $3.10/each roughly. I'm sure that if you asked around there could easily be another order to be made.. I know that Chris W (sndwave) was looking to get some *but, I only have a few left and I have been using them to mount my monticaps to the sides of my glass*. They are quite fast also I think I had them 2 days after ordering!

You also get a few freebe magnets that they send along with.

I've been doing monti's on the side too, as well as a policipora and green cactus. They LOVE the higher light and more circulation found on the side. They look cool too. I put a furniture felt disk on the outside mag to make it easier to move/remove. I also coated the inside mag in gel superglue then dipped it in fresh sand. If you do that...be sure to do all of them at once to ensure the N/S sides match up correctly or you'll end up with an outside that doesnt' match with an inside! oops!
If there was a group order I'd probably get 6 more...

If you guys do agree I'll order again... I'd take ANOTHER 10 (as I literally only have 5 or 6 left *out of 30 lol*)

So, if you guys are really serious and if we can get to 50 I'll place the order they would be $3.10/magnet after shipping so $31.00 if you got 10. And if we get to 50 fast enough I can place the order and bring them to Aaron's meeting in 2 weeks. Gotta be fast about this though as I do not want to be hanging onto a ton of magnets again. Last time I had a few people who said they wanted some and then decided not to take them which wasn't such a bad deal as I used them anyhow... But, if you say you want them you really need to take them lol.

So, if you guys get back to me yet this week I'll call the same person I talked too last time and maybe seeing I've bought from them twice before maybe I can coax them into cutting me a bit of a break (surely can't hurt to ask).

So, just post here and we'll see what/where we go from there!

Jason if you order I would buy 10. Would you take some pics of the corals you placed on the glass? I would love to see it.

Will do... Here ya go...

Toadstool attached to the far Left-side Panel

and the Monti's attached to the Back next to the Right-side Overflow

This is also after I had just changed my bulbs... AMAZING the color difference. (at least to me it is after seeing it as long as I had)
