Question

i found an arm in my tank.....

well i was lookin in the tank to see what one of my clowns found so interesting and upon investigation i found an "arm" sticking out of a rock.....

im not sure what it is cuz when i touched it it went back into the hole it was sticking out of......and the clown looked at me like "WHT THE HEck DID YA DO THAT FOR"!!!! LOL

there was about 1/2in sticking out and it was a lavender color with what lookied like small patches of clustered spines all around and top to bottom....

at first i thought it might be part of a missing kenya tree but when i touched it it was gone....would a kenya move that fast??? when i touched one of the other kenyas it just slowly curled up.....

if it comes back out tonight...ill "TRY" to get a pic of it....not sure if my cam will zoom in on it......if not ill see if i can free the rock and get it to the glass without scaring what ever is in it.......

uhh ohh...did you get the venomous blue octopus from the coral order ? The one that eats cats for breakfast and reefers for dinner?
you might want to write your will really fast, then kiss your gf goodbye!

i mean it didnt recoil in a split second......but it wasnt a slow recoil.......what of it you can see looks like a kenya branch.......but im no expert either...no where even close!!! LOL

the hole is just to small for a brittle that would have arms of this size....the hole that its pretruding out of is about the size of a ink pen or maybe alil smaller....

what ever it is is attached and wont come out....so i guess it gets to stay there........
