Help identify please

I was moving some things around in the tank, when I noticed this growing on the bottom side of my pulsing xenia. Does any one know what this is? It kind of has the shape of a cup coral, except it has little bulbs at the tips. I hope the pic turns out. Thanks for the help and hope to see you on sunday.

(I'm just going off of the shape, the look of the base, and the tenticles). But, it also could be a bulb anemone. Although if they were on the underside of the rock I'm doubting that they would live. __________________ 125 AGA w/ 75 AGA sump, Dolphin 3600 SP pump, MRC-3 Skimmer w/ Blueline #70 Pump, 1/5 HP Cyclone Chiller w/ temp controller, as well as a 70 gallon tank that is linked into the system to use as a frag growout*
