Hello,
We have a porcupine puffer fish that we've kept in our home for several years.
He's currently the only fish in our 65 gallon fish tank. He's about 8-9 inches
long and very healthy, though he's probably 13 years old. He's playful and full
of personality. He eats frozen and dried food.
We're looking for someone to donate him to. We've read that the life expectancy
of a puffer is 10 years or more. Our fish has shown no signs of slowing down,
so we think he has at least a few good years of life left. We actually think
that "he" is a "she" as she actually spawned in our tank a few years ago.
Would anyone want to adopt him?
If not, does anyone have any suggestions on what to do in a situation like this?
Hope this isn't off topic for your forum. We weren't sure what to do so we thought we'd try posting here.
thanks
