the Blue zoo's will make it around in good time. There are already 5 people on the waitting list. and 3 on the blasto's I might have just had a small setback with them do to a torch getting at them. I need to do yet more moving around in the tank.

So, I figured that I would update everyone on how my stuff from F&S was doing. Everything I bought made it (which is a relief) and better yet most everything is beginning to grow or has at least quit receding. The Flame Birdsnest has regained it's yellow hue (no serious red back in the tips yet though). The Blue Acro is still brown unfortunately (is taking MUCH longer to come back than anticipated) but, the purple torte is amazing looking and has taken off like crazy. Everything else like I said has stabilized so we'll just have to see what happens in the upcoming months.
I'm interested to hear how your corals are doing Aaron. How much damage did you actually get on the blasto's from your torch?

well currently 2 blastos are still struggling... I tried to make 4 frags of blue zoo's and some reason they all died. so that colony took quite a hit and it'll be awhile before fragging that again. I lost 1 of the acro's. the really blue one. the other started to recead. I think thats because my lawn mower was picking on them. I have moved it to a different tank and now its starting to open up again. .... alot has been moving on my tank latley and I'm just getting my arm back so hopefully things will pick back up.
oh yeah my gbta split and I happened to get a rbta at the same time. that stung the worm coral. but that is healing really fast. ( I have been working on clearing out the tank. One GBTA out of the tank and a 5-6 head frog gone.

Well, at least it is only the 2 that are still struggling from the blasto's and not the whole colony... As far as the acro goes that really sucks =( as well as the blue zoa's. I'm surprised that a lawnmower blenny would affect the zoa's though. I could see them picking now and again and maybe disturbing them a bit... but, completely causing them to melt away =( bad fishy! lol. Speaking of blasto's though... haven't heard anything in a LONG time on how the red one's you got from me are doing. The one's I got from you are doing o.k. (I think they are 4 heads now) and I think are about the same thing as I picked up at F&S (although a slightly different shade of red and a different shade of green).
I also have some good news for everyone by the next meeting I think I should have some of my Blue-tip Staghorn Acropora (the fuzzy one everyone was asking about) available. I'll be able to verify this by the week of the meeting but, I figured I would be able to keep everyone ahead in that I should have a few ESTABLISHED pieces available. The ones I would have available have all already begun puddling to the pieces that I have them mounted too.

the blenny wasn't going after the zoo's but I'm wondering if it was going after the acro. Once I took the acro out of the tank the polps came back out. I'm guess it was the blenny also since it was always hanging out around them.
