Hopefully you paid for shipping insurance. Otherwise I'm sure he'll say it was damaged in shipping and theres nothing he can do.

Hope you get your stuff. I had a problem with ebay once in like 4 years and it took me about 4-5 months to get my money back. The seller was supposed to include a book worth 75 included with the item i bought but he didnt. It took me a while but i got to keep the item plus all of my money back.
