#574 is a Trachyphyllia Geoffroyi
and the first 2 pictures are a maze brain... Definately a nice looking color though... I can't wait to see what it looks like when it's just the moonlights.. I want to know if it glows or not.
I ordered Larges on both pieces (the Trach might have been a Medium I can't remember).

pic #574 that was one of those that I was talking to you about getting. Did they class that as a lybo or a welso by chance? and what size did you order? Yeah I wish I ordered that but then again where would it go.
Looks nice.

I know that not everything came in but we all knew that from the start. We had a few issues along the way and now we know more about whats going on. so in the future it will be much much smoother and I hope we will be able to do this again. Thank you all for sticking threw this.

I am thinking it is going to be around the second week of January when the order will go out. I am going to post up soon to get things rolling.

Depending on the list I will order again... The stuff we got from this Kupang list was terrific don't get me wrong (and the piece sizes BLEW ME AWAY *as well as everyone else as far as I could tell*) but, the shipping on it was very high just due to the pieces being HEAVY corals... If we were to get smaller pieces shipping would be quite a bit cheaper... and as far as pick-up went... I got to meet at one of Brad's clients so I even got to see one of the tanks he maintains so it was kind of a neat place to meet (and an even better place to split stuff up as we had a computer literally 3' from our boxes lol)

I think the banded shrimp died from your wifes driving Lol I know when DJ looked at it at cranes it was alive and kickn and even when it let his house he said. But I do agree it did take to long for it to get to your tank. If there was anyway quicker I would have done it that way.

Don't know if it was related, but a slow drip to acclimate shrimp (and fish) is important, especially after a long trip. They put charcoal flakes in the bags to help absorb nasties, but the water tends to get nasty and need a good 30-60 minutes to fully adjust...at least that's my experience. Corals? I did a treatment dip for 5-6 minutes to help ensure they didn't have any nasties then into the tank they went!

typically I drip acclimate everything... (and did with a few of the items that I bought) but, most of them just had the water fully removed and placed into the tank as I figured that with as long of a trip as it was I was just better off getting them into a stable environment. (probably was just me being lazy... but, I was really tired at the end of the day).
