Best Date for August/September Meeting?

I'm just wondering when everyone would like to have the meeting held? Jen and I are available for the next few weekends (meaning we'll actually be around). So, all I need to know is when to have the house ready and when to have refreshments and such ready.

Feel free to put which weekend works best for you.

Jason

I could make this weekend work also... But, my folks are up here for this weekend (not a big deal as it's not like the meetings last all day *unless the last one was a fluke for time*)

But, I was figuring that September would be more accessable for everyone and especially if anyone has anything that's available for sale/trade to make frags ahead of time.

Well I voted for the 22nd, but September is just not a great month. I may be out of town camping on the weekend of the 22nd (Claire's birthday), but that is the weekend that has the most probability for my availability. I am willing to host a November meeting, so keep that in the back of your minds. Is anyone interested in getting together for a short time this weekend for a frag swap???

the date can always be moved to the month following if sept. is a bad month for all.

I just figured that I would put those dates up as they are the upcoming weeks.

I just sent out an e-mail to everyone so hopefully we'll get some more responses. FYI - I may not end up voting because my schedule will be day-to-day for the next two months while our house gets built. I'll be around every weekend, but I don't know when I'll have time to go to a meeting or if I'll be stuck working on getting our house built.

Well, this poll didn't work out as well as I expected. Not really sure what to do now lol.. Want me to post it again or is this an indication to wait until October?

I am still not sure which weekend will work for us (me) we can do the 8th and 22nd I think and I can probably do the 29th, Robyn is busy that weekend though. Don't just schedule it around one though....do what works best for everyone.... I know right now is getting tough for everyone...

A lot of times I'll receive e-mails from people telling me when they can make it instead of voting, but I haven't received any of them this time around. If a meeting is setup, I'm sure that there will be more people show up than voted. I'm not going to guess as to how many would show up, but typically we might have 6 people vote for a specific date and end up with close to twenty people at the meeting.

I didn't vote, as this time can be chaotic with the start of school. I'll be there if I at all can. Matt
