Jason, you should think about taking over Chris's "frag empire"...sounds like the whole..."Luke...I am your father" thing going on! Chris will be getting rid of his great 45 acrylic frag tower, what about plumbing that into your 70-75-120 system...now that would be the deathstar of all systems!
I really wanted to buy your pump off of your skimmer on rc...KIDDING!!! But I did see a super great H&S skimmer on rc for 1/2 price, I think it was a recirc with three pumps...just trying to get you into trouble with the wife/wallet!
Excited to see how things are progressing...

I am new to the group and am pretty sure I will be coming to this months meeting. I don't have frags to bring, but am definitely interested in buying some. I am currently planning my 180 gallon starphire build. I got the tank and the skimmer...the rest is work in progress.

All PM's Replied to. I agree Jason you should buy me out and build the "deathstar" of systems. I would being to cut you a good deal too just to move it or anyone else for that matter. Thanks!

Alright you've got my ears twitching... How much are you looking for for both the tanks and the stand? As I have now officially expanded outside the borders of my fish room (being the 70 gallon around the corner). Now I have about 15' x 9' more room to build into lol.

Greetings from newbie up North!
Hello all! Greetings from Wisconsin Rapids. New to the forum and reefing. Put together a fairly "cheap" tank as cheap as saltwater goes. Jason and his wife were go gracious to deliver some beautiful frags to get some color in the tank. Planning on coming down for the meeting with 2 of my friends from Rapids as well, wih a few dollars to spend! Going to try to bring some stuff down to trade/sell as well. Have a few small frags I am going to try to bring. Some green watermelons I do believe, some bright red's (more pink), assorted red/purple/green ones, and a big trumpet coral to cut up if anybody is interested. Look forward to seeing you all on the 13th! I'll try to get some pictures of some of the small pieces. I'll try to get some of the red mushrooms as well, they get quite beautiful.

It will be nice to have some new faces (both new members and visitors) at the meeting. What type of corals are you looking for jumpman? I haven't decided what, if any, corals that I am going to bring to the meeting, but I have plenty of different types of corals that I could frag for you or your friends. I don't have any pics of my tank's front side that aren't at least two months old, but if you go to my build thread ( http://www.thereeftank.com/forums/sh...=106265&page=5), you'll get a rough idea of what I have.

Yeah, it will be a nice change. I am fairly new to the saltwater, but have been in freshwater for quite sometime. I have a 40 gallon breeder setup with texas holey rock and hawaiian lava rock with african cichlids, and a 125 gallon with 8 burundi frontosa and 4 other africans. Now I have the 20 gallon long (the 3rd tank against the gf's wishes) saltwater tank. I picked up a 4 year old stock of 12 lbs of rock from a guy that didn't have time to take care of it, bought another 12 lbs, and picked up some of those beautiful frags from Jason for me as well as one of my friends coming. Not sure exactly what I am looking for. I found I am fond of a pink birdsnest, any ricordia, although I am not so good with names. I have kenya, hammer, trumpet, green candy cane, assorted mushrooms, frogspawn, yellow polyps and green star polyps. Not a whole lot but a start with a little bit more room (until I can convince the other half of a new tank). Either way, I know between the 3 of us ourselves we are hoping to pick up a fair share of frags. Maybe if you get a spare minute throw together a small list of something you want to thin out and some prices possibly? Names will work and I can look up pictures even. Zoas and other polyps, or a sun coral possibly, love the color. Stuff that moves in the current I like. I have a 70 mh and 2 35 watt bulbs on either side of that, so not an extreme amount of light, but enough.

Hey you are alive Cary. Hadn't heard anything from you in a while I was starting to concider sending you a PM to see if everything was alright lol... I know there was a few things I asked you about at your meeting but, I can't remember what all I asked you to frag for me whenever you got around to it. I know I mentioned the Green Leather but, I'm not sure what else there was lol. You had a lot of stuff that I didn't have and I was also wondering how that Rainbow Monti was doing that you got from Joe. Is it ready to frag a piece off of yet is it huh huh huh huh (drooling like a dog). I could probably break you off a piece of that encrusting monti I got from him. As there are a few spots that are beginning to come off the colony as if they are out of room =).
Anyhow, I don't think that I'll have much of anything available this time around as a lot of the stuff I have now I'm just trying to grow out. (Other than what Jakecaps and I have already previously worked out in trade).
But, if anyone does have anything like I said feel free to post pics of what you'll have.
Jason

Jumpman - I wasn't planning on bringing much for corals, but if I'm going to bring some, I might as well be willing to go all out. Here's a list of corals that I had available for fragging that I sent to someone 3 months ago. I should have a few additional types available as well.
Green Hairy Mushrooms - Jumpman (2)
Green Mushroom Ricordia - Jumpman (2), TardFarmer
Green Frilly Mushrooms
Brown Colt - Jumpman
Pink Colt - Jumpman
Brown w/ Orange Center Zoos
Orange Zoos (2) - Jumpman (2)
Brown w/ Green Center Zoos - Jumpman (2)
Orange w/ Light Blue Center Zoos (2) - Cruiser, Tardfarmer
Yellow Polyps - Cruiser, Jumpman
Green Star Polyps
Pink Finger Leather - Jumpman
Green Finger Leather - AFish4U, Jumpman, TardFarmer(?)
Turnbinaria Reniformis (2) - Cruiser, TardFarmer
Brown w/ Purple Rim Monti Cap - TardFarmer
Brown w/ Green Polyps Birdsnest - TardFarmer
ORA Pink Milli (2) - Jrmass, Jakecaps
Pink Birdsnest (2) - TardFarmer, Hansmatt
Green Acro (2) - Jakecaps, Jrmass
I think you probably see why I asked what kind of corals your interested in since my tank is mixes with so many different types. I'll try to get some pics this weekend.
As far as price goes, it depends on what corals you want and how many corals. The more corals purchased will mean a larger discount. Generally, $5 for softies, mushroom, polyps, etc..., and $5-$15 for SPS and LPS, depending on how fast the coral grows and it's color.

Brian, I think I would be interested in the ora pink milli, and if I could see a pic of the the purple monticap you have. I have a purple rimmed already but, not sure what that purple you have looks like.
Tell me what I would owe ya and you know I'm good for it =)
