an understanding wife

Hope you all have a partner in life that understands and feeds your reef addiction like mine does. My wife got me a gift certificate to Olde Towne Pets for Christmas. Needless to say I was quite a happy little boy. I wanted to post some new pics of our tank, but I am having some problems with the camera right now. I do have some pics of the new corals. The pictures were taken when they were first put in the tank so they are quite unhappy. Hopefully I can post some new pics in a couple days when the corals are showing off. Thank you Angie for the great gift and thanks Matt for the great corals, I can't wait to see what you get in next week!

See I can get away with the "it's her gift" thing because my wife is big into the hobby as well. (not like Mary and Dustin are) but, the most expensive thing in my tank is actually her piece! lol. (and now that I think about it 3 of the 5 most expensive pieces in the tank are HER's *What's up with that??? lol) *and she says that I'm addicted???? hehe*

But, back to the topic... Those are really nice pieces Tim! I can't wait to see what those shrooms look like when they open. They must be new pieces that Matt hadn't had in the past because that is something that I hadn't seen by him before. And are those acan's or are they trumpets? Because the trumpets I had seen him with.. But, acan's would be a new addition to his growing coral selection.

Looks nice Timmy. My wife's bought me gift certificates from Olde Towne Pets a couple times. Matt has gotten some different corals in this past week that he hasn't received in the past. As long as they do good in his tanks and people have a desire for those corals, it sounds like he'll continue to get them in.

i'd be SOOOOOOO happy if nathan bought something that was ~my taste~ and said it was MY PRESENT...but he usually doesnt make the decision on what we buy...I DO...these are my babies...shhh dont tell him. I love Saltwater...it is a very bad addiction though. I cannot wait to get some more new pieces...plus we still need about 40 lbs LR... But Tim--those pieces are AWESOME...i was watching them at OTP too

My wifes the same way, she has always been very understanding with this hobby. On the other hand she's one of those that will watch you struggle for a half an hour with something while she holds the directions until she very nicely just hands them to you.
