Reef Build Off entry

This is my tank so far. It is 65gallons (48x16x20) total volume. I have 40lbs of live sand and 70some pounds of live rock. I am waiting for my new T5's to get here. They will be 8x54's. At the completion of my tank I hope to have some SPS, LPS, Softies, and a variety of Zoos. I love Zoos. So many different colors.Well Here are some pictures of so far. more will be added later.

Empty Tank waiting to be filled.

Cloudy water after the transfer and filling of the tank.

Close up of the tank showing how empty it was at first.

Another.

Later Ill add pictures of the new Blue Tang that was added today and some pictures of some of the corals. Ill also do a new full tank shot to show the stand being done. Criticism and comments are appreciated as long as they are constructive and helpful.

Ok so here is a few more pictures that I promised. As you can see the aquascaping has changed really nicely. I will take multi directional pictures later. Here is the full tank shot, picture of my new tang, and my sand sifter.

All my pics are build pics. I did not take pictures of my running a hose from a water supply. Everything to this point is pretty much out of a box. I have a penguin200 doing my initial filtering until everything sets up and I have an AC110 setup as a refugium. The rock and the sand is all mature as it came from another tank that was being broken down. I intend to add an overflow and a small sump to this set up at a later time. Ill keep all the pics coming as I make any little change to the system.

I got a BTA from a buddy of mine but it commited suicide by walking into an intake tube. So, ill be making adjustments for keeping that from happening again. I was going to take pictures the next morning when it was opened up but no such luck.

UPDATE!!

I got a new carpet anemone for the tank. My clowns that were previously hosting in the frogspawn have now started hosting in both. Kinda funny I think. Well here is a picture of right when I placed it into the tank.
