So I saved some cash today, and splurged on the tank. Heres a pic of it with the added frogspawn and pagoda.

The flow at the bottom is crazy. There is nothing on the bottom of the tank except in 2 corners. It has even blown off a little of the short fuzzy algae thats down there lol.
Seems like it'll be awesome flow for SPS. But I cant have LPS really, I had to adjust my powerheads so theyre pointing only at the rocks, and even the flow bouncing off is still kinda overwhelming to my pagoda and frogspawn. The Xenias definitely dont like it much either. I think I may just put the Xenia rock on the flow, by where the gunk gets piled up. That way I can still have the tank clean, but in between siphoning, they can have their 'dirty' water spot.

Now softies can touch LPS, LPS can touch SPS, SPS can touch softies, right? I have my eye on a bunch of different things, and Im ru nning out of platforms in my tank, which I made for larger showy type pieces. So Im going to have to start putting these guys in crevices, and Id imagine its innevitable that they will touch each other at some point.

I havent bought anything lately, or in a while. But here is a pic of the new rockwork. I dont know why its so blurry, maybe my lense is dirty. But now theres a lot of room for my SPS frags to come.

Ok, cleaned the lens. And I also put a 10k bulb in, instead of the 14k bulb.

Alright, now I have serious flow. i have (2) of the tunze 6045s (1189 gph), along with my modded mj1200 (2,000 gph) that I just fixed and put back in. And I have a big rio 2100 (570 gph), which equals out to about 4950 gph, which comes to a turnover rate of about 82. Not including my skimmer, which doesnt really count I dont think. Things are flyin now.
Kinda funny watching the yellow tang get thrown around by the current, but he keeps going back to the mj1200's strong corner.

Ok, I love the way Leos BB tank looks. And he has just about no rocks in his tank. So I decided I gotta take out some of my rock to give me room for my tank to grow when I finally buy some more stuff for it lol. Well here are a couple pics...

Looks good, IMO thats not nearly enough room for a tang. They are supposed to have at least 4' across to swim.

Its plenty of room for him. At as far as I know, its supposed to have 6' to swim. Its been in there for a while, and its doing well. But thanks for trying to monitor my fish in my aquarium. Last time we had a large debate on my tang in my tank, I got banned, and I lost a lot of interest in this site. Thanks for worrying about my fish though.

No, Ive been so obligated to spending money on other things of more importance (Things IVe been told are more important at least lol). Soon I will be getting a promotion, so hopefully a raise will follow, which means something new.

After thinking about it, and really thinking about it more, and my love for LPS.... Im gonna go back to a DSB. The flow I need to have in this tank just isnt great for my LPS. So this week Im gonna buy some sand to throw on the bottom of my tank.
I think Im gonna keep the bottom full of mushrooms, and some Xenia. Middle of the tank with LPS, and top is going to be a few vibrant SPS.
