well, found this one day before the close...

the tank is a 55g truvu acrylic, built in overflow. It is currently sitting on a stand for a 135g and the plumbing was done to just get it up and running. Now I plan on styling it out as best I can for a focus on anemones and their like - zoos, discosomas, ricordeas, etc.. If plans change it will still contain the latter, but might also decide I would prefer some SPS (since I have a good connection in town for nice healthy rare stuff and good advice).
My next three steps (in no particular order) are 1) custom stand and hood build 2) new sump design and build 3) lighting choices and implementation. Also plan to redisgn tank flow and choose fishie livestock - I plan to have (as always) an aggressive reef, but with a tank this small it is hard to do properly.
current inhabitant are about 50lbs of mix fiji, haitian, and MI live rock. about 35 astreas, 1 harlequin (striped) serpent star, two bright red
brittle stars, 2 gbtas, 1 small colony of
brown polyps, and a 15" fimbriated moray (!)
will add pics soon, and am praying for a fun and error-free build this time. cheers!!!!
