2003mikems 24 gallon biocube.

My plans are to house my wife’s white spotted Hawaiian Toby puffer with a few corals.

I purchased A 24 gallon bio cube last night. I will be using live rock and some corals I have left from going form reef to FOLR in my 155 bow.

We have put a bamboo shark egg in the 155, and to keep the shark and puffer well. We bought a Nano to keep Toby in.

I will post pictures in a day or 2, as soon as I weld up the stand for the tank. It will be sitting next to my fish only tank.

I plan to keep the cube stock. The only thing I might add is a skimmer.

I also am going to use plan old tap water. Treated with conditioner.

Ok good and bad news here.ffice:office" />

The LFS is going to give me a refund. I will have to drive 30 miles to get a 29 gallon bio cube. Instead of the 24 gallon aqua pod.
The kicker is the 29 gallon is 30 dollars cheaper and comes with a 29 dollar fish credit.

Also I will have to cut apart the metal stand I made and redo it.

I will post pictures when I have the tank on the stand and ready to fill..

Havn't heard of the pods cracking. That sucks. I have the 24 with no problems. I would go with the 29 as well tho. It came out after mine. Good luck!

Wow, sorry to hear about the tank. You will love the biocube. I absolutely love mine and so far all is going well. Good luck, cant wait to see what you do. I definatly reccommend the light mod!
