Chris.. it is 3 pieces of rock. The wife likes it away from the back so that you can see all around the rock... so that is probably where it is going to stay.
Fish freak... Naval... I am on a submarine up in WA. My mother and Sister in-laws live down in Veneta. What LFS do you go to?

Boats broke
I am home for a day... well not even. I figured I would make my one post per month while I have time. Not much new with the 10. Alot of cyano... I will attempt to clean it off and change the filters while I am home. I miss checking this every day... sometimes every hour. Talk to you all later. I will update photos sometime in april and hopefully add some livestock. 2 month cycle.

OK... So I am home now. For at least a month... Schedules is in huge flux. I will update photos tomorrow. I did however score 6 free pistol shrimps(2 of which went in the 10 and the others in the 55), 1 itty bitty tiger brittle star and some very cheap domino damsels. (I know... I know. Damsels this and damsels that.. but I thought that getting 2 damsels would 1 test the waters and 2 I think it is cool that when viewed from the front of the tank, unless the damsels are at the front... they are just another white spot on the back of the tank.) The tank is having some flow issues. I had to take a pump out of my 55 because it died. I parted that out and put the impeller in one of the pumps in the 10... Noisy... Wife didn't like that. I am going to try and fix that soon. Alot of fan worms growing... lots... and 1 anenome that I am pretty sure is Aptatisia(sp). I think that does it for now. Pictures to come.
Godspeed- I actually haven't put the Nano fission in yet... somehow my plans failed to see that the skimmer takes up more room.... I am still trying to get the thing to fit somewhere. The 2 10W pc went together in post #19. I had a cord from a 1.5 gal tank that I dropped into some water...and I got 2 sockets and wire nuts from one of the hanging bins at Lowes. The mirrors came from work. I just siliconed them to the wood... adds some pretty impressive lighting.. for 2 little 10W's.
