leaky mrc calcium reactor

I bought an older mrc dual chamber reactor on e bay the problem is on the flanges on the 1st chamber i cant seem to get them to stop leaking the bolts are tighted all the way down i did this in the star pattern and tried sealing the o ring with silicone grease but its still dripping anyone have any ideas of what i can do short of using aquarium silicone to get it to stop leaking ? any ideas would be welcome short of trashing this piece of you know what

Where's the leak?maybe cracked!

Andy is MRC. you can call him. check out http://www.myreefcreations.com/ for his info. if you are sure it is not cracked than maybe making an o-ring out of an old mousepad or some other rubber material you have around the house will do the trick.
