Knop C Reactor Question

I have a knop C Ca reactor and I am having issues with Co2 gas building in the bottom under the white plate ... I am running around 48 bubbles a minuet to keep the effluent at 6.5 .. the reactor is plumed into a power head rated at 90 gallons per hour .. and the drip rate is around 60 to 80 drops per minuet ...

My question is why is the CO2 gas not dissolving?

I run a Knop c, i keep mine at 30 bubbles per min and 1 drip per second. you might check the circulation lines and make sure the circ pump is not being impeded. I will sometimes see bubbles forming but it goes away eventually.
