Hang on back calcium reactor?

Was interested in adding a calcium reactor to my mainly 75g sps tank as dosing almost 100ml per day is getting old. I dont run a sump as current situation does not really allow one. Looking into getting a hang on back calcium reactor and wondering if it will work ok. Looking at the MRC 4.5 HOT unit. One site says its rated at 135g

A calcium reactor runs pressurized. It does not need to dump back into the tank and therefore does not need to sit on back of the tank. You can put it below the tank, in another room or a hundred feet away if you use the right pump to feed it.

I kinda figured that. Only reason I was thinking of the MRC 4.5 was due to the fact that a guy was willing to sell me one with everything needed minus controller for $175
