Looks pretty crummy, I'd keep my eyes peeled for a name brand used unit. With that, what's it about $75 shipped, and then you need a pump? You can find a better choice for the $125 or more that you'd get to invest in that setup. What size tank do you have? Maybe we can get you some good recommendations.

I wouldnt. The inlet and outlet looks to be tubing and not very big. Looks like a poor design and I bet it wont do any where near 200g. Save for a unit with service, a good design and a track record.
