UV Help

I recently got a used 18W Coralife UV sterilizer. When I got it, I figured it would need a new bulb. I set it up with the old bulb and it did not work, so I ordered a new bulb. I put the new bulb in today and it still does not work. When I unplugged it the power supply was warm to the touch.

Anyone have any ideas on what I can try to get this thing going?

Thanks in advance

Ditto on return.

I have 9w and 18w coralife UV's and neither does what your describing.

It is probably a bad power supply.

I had the power supply go bad on one and it did that. I like the UV but if you can find replacement parts let me know cause I could not.

I have not been able to even contact Coralife. Their new website is coming soon. Does anyone have contact information for them?
