Starting a sump in a cycled tank

I was planning on building a sump for my 29 gallon reef to give me more wiggle room. I won't get this running for a couple more weeks and wondered if it would prose a problem adding a sump to an already cycled tank-possibly with some fish. Thanks!

I wouldnt think so, unless you add LR that isnt cured into the sump, but otherwise i think youd be fine
