Mini Flood

Ok here goes. I came home today from work (the lfs) with a CSS. I'm all excited about my new skimmer and being able to toss the seaclown out the door. I yank the seaclone off my tank, hurry up and assemble the CSS (125 btw) and put it on my tank. I plug the thing in, but no bubbles so I start doing the normal man thing and wiggling stuff to see if I can miraculously make bubbles. As soon as I start wiggling I notice the water is climing up the tube, into the collection cup and guess what......ON MY FRIGGIN FLOOR. I do the normal man thing again and panic. All I could do is stand there and watch the floor get soaked while my wife ran across the room and unplugged my whole system. Well come to find out the outlet tube was pressed up against the bubble diffuser and the water had no place to go but up.
