what do you all think/views on them are they worth it. i don't have big filtration system just the canister and a phos reactor and a coral life skimmer so would that be a good add on to keep my system a bit more stable.

How big a tank??? And how big a fuge are we talking???

I like having a fuge personally for some macro and pods (free foods)...I don't know that it will add much, if any, stability otherwise.
