Eshopps overflow box

I was wondering if anyone has had success or know anything about Eshopps brand overflow box? I have a 29 that I am building a 20 gallon sump for. Reviews I read all say its pretty quiet. Here is the box I am considering

For a 29 gallon would you recommend 300gph or 600gph? Thanks!

I have one of their larger dual units on my 125 FW tank and am very pleased with it. Although I did have to make a diffuser mod to quiet it down. The mad is very easy to do and cheap. I'd go with the 300 gph for your 29. Good luck.
