Pump and Overflow

I recently got a 180 gallon tank. What I am wondering is what size pump and overflows will I need for the tank. I am thinking I am going to go with a dual overflow rated at 900 gph, one side will go to a refugium and the other will go to my tidepool wet dry. Will that be a big enough or right amount of flow? I also do not know what size, in regards to gph, pump to get? Any help would be great!

900 gph should be fine, an iwaki 30rlxt would be a sufficient pump if your not going to have much head pressure.
